Our The Baron's Place project at 168 A. Mabini Street has completed excavation works and will start our structural works next week. We are 3 months ahead of schedule in construction and with only 8 out of 55 units unsold, this is hopefully a sign of more good things to come. Our initial pre-selling prices started at P45k/sqm and now we are already at 95k/sqm to the delight of our future unit owners.

Our Baron 3 Gardens project located at 194 A. Mabini Street, started pre-selling on November 2011 and has now sold 25% of its total inventory, thanks to our flexible payment scheme and low monthly payments, we are hoping to welcome more and more furure unit owners to one of the best condominium communities in one of the best barangays in Metro Manila.
